Q: My download link doesn't work, what is going on?
A: Due to security reasons our links expire after an extended duration, if your link is no longer working and you have lost your file please contact us with your order number and we will send out a new link.
Q: I bought a subscription but everything still shows a cost in the store, is it broken?
A: The 100% off discount will automatically apply at checkout. This is our current solution for our subscription service. In the near future we will build out a more custom backend to allow more seamless login services.
Q: How many polys are these models?
A: Most of our models are 250k-500k roughly.
Q: Is there any legal limitation to the use of these models?
A: Models can be used for any digital art purposes except any form of resale and any inappropriate/NSWF content. You can read more in our legal section of the support page.
Q: Are these models rigged?
A: No, they are static meshes meant for concept, presentation, and illustration purposes. We are planning to expand our library in the near future with series of X/T posed costumed models for your own rigging process. Access to these will be included in the subscription for no additional charge.
Q: Can I download and keep these models even after my subscription is ended?
A: Any models you download with the subscription are yours to keep. However, only active subscribers get access to new model drops. Also, the subscription is priced so that you don't need to stress over organizing hundreds of models on your local PC. My intention is that you use this site how you might use music streaming platforms. I feel that the time saved and having new unique models every month is well worth the low price of our annual subscription. We are an extremely small team of two, so your continued support does a lot to support this project.
Q: Am I permitted to share these model files with friends?
A: No, any models downloaded are only legally authorized for you to use. Any sharing of models violates the copyright agreement. Each license is individual or studio based.
Q: Are these models game ready?
A: No definitely not. These models are great for concept art, illustration, and presentation of your 3D projects.
Q: Some of the models are lower quality than others, what's going on?
A: We have spent the last year building out this library. As we evolved our process has improved. Some scans have come out with slightly higher fidelity. Overall we have made sure that each scan fits the benchmark we expect for the intended use. We may periodically go back and revamp the quality of old models. For customers who purchased models individually, you will be able to redownload these models with updated quality via your receipt link. For subscribers, the models on the site will be automatically updated.
Q: Do you take suggestions for new models?
A: Absolutely, contact us any time on the support page or on our instagram. We are happy to consider your suggestions for new models, costumes, and always happy to receive your feedback.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds at this time. Given the nature of our subscription model it would be abused too easily and our team is not large enough to support extensive customer service currently. Please feel free to reach out on instagram or our support page to get in contact. We will be happy to try to remedy any situation.
Q: What formats do the models come in?
A: Currently you will receive a zip file download including an FBX, OBJ/MTL, texture folder, and a packed blender file. We may expand to additional formats in the future.
Q: Do you have any free models to assess the product?
A: We do. Anybody can download a model of the Australian shepherd Summit as well as Mary's post apocalyptic scan.
Q: My textures are not loading right, what gives?
A: Check out our video on common issues. It's here on our support page. You can also reach out to us on instagram or in the support contact.
Q: How do you make these models?
A: These are photogrammetry scans of actual people in real costumes. We clean up each scan individually.
