End-User License Agreement
Read these terms and conditions carefully before using or purchasing any 3D character purchased from CGFigures LLC. By using or purchasing characters from the Seller, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not accept the terms and conditions in this Agreement, do not use or purchase 3D Asset Collection from the Seller.
IN CONSIDERATION OF the Seller providing the Digital Products to the Buyer ('You') and the Buyer paying the Seller the Purchase Price, and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:
License Rights
The Characters are the property of the Seller and are copyrighted by law. Any Character shall not be copied, distributed, published, or used in any way except as provided for in this Agreement. The Seller reserves the right to use the Characters on the Seller's website and for the Seller's own marketing or advertising purposes.
Ownership
CGFigures LLC DOES NOT grant ownership of the assets downloaded.
Right Granted
CGFigures LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to Characters for personal, educational, or commercial (professional use for a videogame, film, and commercial projects)
License Types
Restrictions
You can NOT sell, lend, lease, rent, sublicense, or distribute any part of the Characters, assets, 3D models that you download.
License Term and Termination
Once purchased, the Buyer owns the License, including all upcoming updates for the purchased assets. If Buyer fails to comply with any terms or conditions of this Agreement, Buyer must destroy all the copies of purchased materials. The balance of the Agreement shall survive any such termination of license rights.
Refunds:
We do not issue any refunds.
Maintenance:
We do not provide any tech support and maintenance services for our products.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Seller retains all intellectual property rights in the Characters, including the sole copyright to all 3D characters on the CGCharacters.com website. Nothing in this Agreement shall operate to transfer, assign or otherwise grant any party any right or interest in the Seller's intellectual property rights or affect ownership by the Seller of intellectual property rights with regard to Characters on CGCharacters.com.
